Boarding Fees

A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to confirm your booking with the balance payable on arrival.

If a confirmed booking during these months is cancelled, a fee of 50% of the total amount payable will be charged.

Charges - Our charges are based by the day, including the day of arrival and the day of departure, this allows for essential cleaning and preparation of the rooms ready for our next guest.

Payment Terms - Any further costs incurred during the stay must be paid for on collection.

We can accept payment by either cash or cheque supported by a bank cheque guarantee card and PayPal payment should be sent to: cambria.farm@btinternet.com

Note. There is 2.5% surcharge for using PayPal to cover our costs for providing the service.
